This full‑time Electrical Engineer will assist in the design, development, documentation, programming, and testing of electrical and electronic systems, including automated control and monitoring, radio and satellite communications, audio/video, telephone, and computer networks. The engineer will also help with product evaluation and testing.
Responsibilities- Program and test automated control and monitoring systems.

Vac electrical systems for on‑board mobile generators, control panels, appliances, and electronics. - Design 12
Vdc electrical systems for on‑board battery systems (lighting, radio, etc.). - Design audio/video, telephone, and radio antenna layout diagrams, including interface requirements with other electronic devices.
- Define installation procedures for component assembly.
- Test electronic components and systems for proper operation.
- Document existing systems and evaluate safety and adequacy.
- Write standard operating procedures.
- Identify design issues and bring them to engineering for resolution.
- Train customers at LDV or at customer locations.
- Serve as a technical resource for the sales team, production, and service.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, or 2–3 years of related experience.
- Skilled with computer applications including AutoCAD and Excel.
- Experience with vehicle and electronics/communications equipment is a plus.
- Experience with logic programming preferred.
