At Doctors of Physical Therapy, our clinicians are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to split their week between our Burlington clinic (3 days) and our Union Grove clinic (2 days). This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through personalized, one-on-one care in an outpatient setting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values your expertise and supports your professional growth every step of the way.

Earn up to $95,000, depending on your experience, plus productivity bonuses along with a $12,000 sign-on bonus.

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices
• Develop customized care plans and track progress toward functional goals
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Educate and empower patients with tools to support recovery outside the clinic
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education

• An active Physical Therapy license and a graduate degree or higher
• Strong clinical judgment and a passion for helping others
