Join Our Manufacturing Team! We are looking for a full time Manufacturing Quality Inspector at our Burlington, WI facility. No prior experience is required. The right fit candidate is detail oriented and eager to learn.

As a quality control, you will ensure that our rubber and plastic parts meet our standards. If defects are present, you will act by discarding defective or low-quality products. This important role is responsible for overseeing our quality assurance and is critical to our operations running smoothly.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every product meets our high-quality standards through inspection on our assembly line.
  • Bring products to life by assembling finished product components with attention to detail.
  • Pack finished goods efficiently to keep operations moving.
  • Take ownership of rework tasks as assigned to ensure the product standards.
  • Perform manual material handling as needed.
  • Log accurate production and quality data, work records, etc. to support the team.
  • Perform department TPM and/or 5S checklists as assigned.
  • Lead by example in keeping the workspace organized and equipment maintained.
  • Follow standard work procedures to ensure smooth line clearance and setup verification relevant to the position.
  • Prioritize safety by following PPE requirements and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Help solve problems and make the process better—your ideas matter here.
  • Share your knowledge and support teammates through hands‑on training for manufacturing processes.
  • Perform other duties as needed - we are all one team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Required
  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to comprehend and use measuring devices.
  • Dedication to perform the job and meet quality targets and production on a consistent basis.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods in a manufacturing environment.
  • Normal factory environment with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature variation.
Experience Requirements:
  • This is an entry-level position, so no experience is required!
