We are hiring Quality Assurance team members for a manufacturing company in Burlington, WI. If you have a strong attention to detail and take pride in making sure products meet quality standards, we’d love to hear from you!
Pay: $19-$23/hour, based on experience Available Shifts- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Identify and document defects or quality concerns
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
- Complete required quality documentation
- Communicate issues to production and supervisory staff
- Follow established quality and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Previous quality assurance, quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written procedures and specifications
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
