Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales growth strategies, including new product launches, merchandising updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies to increase sales across customer websites.
  • Represent Lavelle Industries virtually & in-person at customer training events, trade shows, and meetings.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding orders & inventory.
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to influence customers, store associates, and end users.
  • Assist the sales team with presentations and sales materials.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs & share findings internally.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns based on customer feedback (VOC).
  • Use data to improve product visibility and market impact.
  • Monitor and report on sales trends and results.
  • Work cross-functionally with departments like Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.
