Swim Instructors (part-time & substitute)

Join the Aquatics Team at our client site located in Burlington, WI. In this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. You will design individualized programs to meet the participant’s interests, abilities, and goals.

• Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children in private or small group lessons.
• Design individualized programs to meet participants’s interests, abilities, and goals.

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Flu vaccination required.

Commission-based position. Pay is dependent on service packages.
