Private Swim Instructor

Insta Swim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in clients’ private homes and community pools across the U.S. You set the schedule, choose which clients to work with, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment, if needed.
• Must be based in the U.S. and have U.S. work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

• Earn $40‑$60 per 1‑hour lesson.
