Accounts Payable Administrator

Match Box Consulting Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a major real estate development firm, for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their high-energy, detail-driven finance team.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, sort, and code invoices and supporting documents
• Verify accuracy of invoice details
• Match invoices to POs, tickets, and backup
• Enter invoices into Timberscan
• Track and manage invoice approvals
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain GL integrity and support month-end deadlines
• Assist with audit prep and AP analysis
• Contribute to efficiency metrics and process improvements
• Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
• What You Bring
• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong accuracy, keypunch speed, and aptitude with numbers
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with Sage 300 / Timberline / Timberscan is a strong asset
• Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Clear communicator and collaborative team player
• Self-starter with high integrity and professionalism
