Accounting Specialist

Position: Accounting Specialist OSI Maritime Systems

In this role, you will drive financial integrity and support the comprehensive accounting functions including compliance and revenue recognition. Your efficiency in preparing accurate financial statements while ensuring internal controls will contribute to the advancement of marine safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly and year-end financial activities

• Prepare detailed journal entries and reconciliations

• Deliver financial reporting aligned with ASPE standards

• Review non-PO invoice batches within AP

• Lead annual audits and enhance internal controls

Requirements:

• CPA designation or pursuing required

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong grasp of ASPE related to revenue and inventory

• Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency needed

• Background in manufacturing or technology sectors
