Pay
$27.14 per hour, with wage increments up to $30.30 per hour in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
Opportunity
You are responsible for timely and accurate processing of College payments, reimbursements, and preparation of reconciliations. You maintain audit compliance with documentation submitted under government and College guidelines and regulations. You play a key role in producing payments for vendors, employees, and students while providing account reconciliation for all stakeholders, and you provide exceptional client‑centered service to all stakeholders, including training new Accounts Payable positions.

Qualifications
Completed a one‑year related program at a recognized post‑secondary institution and a minimum of two (2) years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum one‑year experience using a major ERP accounting system.
Proven ability to type at 45 w.p.m. and enter data accurately at an intermediate level.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Plan and organize high volumes of work to meet deadlines.
Ability to work the required hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with occasional evening and/or weekend work as needed.
