Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain general ledger and execute full-cycle accounting

• Reconcile monthly balance sheets and income statements

• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes

• Support job costing and project financial reporting

• Prepare accurate weekly cash flow reports

Requirements:

• Solid experience with full-cycle accounting responsibilities

• Advanced Excel skills for financial details

• Familiarity with financial forecasting and job costing

• Experience in using accounting or ERP systems

• Knowledge of payroll processes is an asset
