In your role as an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will process payments for various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with necessary guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage timely processing of College payments and reimbursements
• Prepare comprehensive reconciliations for payments
• Uphold compliance standards for documentation
• Provide exceptional service to students and vendors
• Train new accounts payable team members effectively
Requirements:
• One-year program completion plus two years of experience
• Experience in a major ERP accounting system
• Must type at least 45 w.p.m.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening hours
