Destination Auto Group, a CADA Award Winner, offers a 14–18 month contract for a Dealership Accountant. You will post and reconcile vehicle deals, maintain deal documentation, and support month-end financial reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for succeeding in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post vehicle deals for new, used, and fleet sales

• Reconcile vehicle transactions and monthly schedules

• Prepare and post month-end entries and financial statements

• Manage deal jackets to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Support AP/AR transactions related to vehicle finance

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team
