Position: Bookkeeper with Payroll Experience Needed
Join our team as a Bookkeeper focused on payroll calculations and account management. This full-time, permanent role requires strong organizational skills and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

In this Bookkeeping position, you will ensure smooth financial operations within the company. Key tasks include preparing payroll cheques, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing tax returns. Your contributions will be critical in generating various accounting reports and ensuring accuracy through diligent account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll and prepare cheques weekly

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

• Prepare trial balances and other accounting reports

• Post journal entries timely and accurately

• Reconcile accounts to uphold financial integrity

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience preferred

• Familiarity with manual and computerized bookkeeping

• Ability to prepare detailed financial statements

• Strong analytical skills for effective account reconciliation
