Beedie is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to enhance the Corporate Accounting team. You will be responsible for corporate financial reporting, analyzing complex entity structures, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Your strong technical skills and attention to detail will help streamline processes and support training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for entities

• Analyze intercompany transactions and equity structures

• Ensure accuracy in accounting records per GAAP

• Liaise with external auditors and support documentation

• Drive process improvements and collaborate on projects

Requirements:

• CPA designation with a degree

• 4+ years in public practice or complex consolidation

• Advanced Excel and experience with large datasets

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in real estate or asset-intensive sectors
