As a key addition to our finance team, you will ensure the accuracy of customer accounts and the timely receipt of outstanding balances. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with a background in accounts receivable or collections who enjoy a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full accounts receivable function including invoicing
• Distribute customer invoices efficiently and accurately
• Monitor and follow up on overdue account balances
• Resolve payment discrepancies with clear communication
• Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledger with general ledger
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant collections or accounting experience
• Familiarity with ERP and accounting software systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling
• Strong detail orientation and customer service abilities
