In the role of Property Accountant, you will manage day-to-day financial activities for Avi Sina’s portfolio. With responsibilities ranging from accounts payable processing to construction-related accounting support, this role is critical for maintaining financial integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and manage vendor payments efficiently

• Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations

• Coordinate and resolve accounting discrepancies with teams

• Prepare CAM reconciliations and support tenant applications

• Assist with year-end processes and audit preparations

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• 2-3 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Knowledge in rent rolls and CAM reconciliations preferred

• Intermediate Excel skills;
Yardi experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
