Position: Experienced Bookkeeper Roles Available
We are currently hiring Experienced Bookkeepers to maintain accurate financial records at our head office. This full-time role requires hands-on bookkeeping and accounting software proficiency.

Candidates should have a secondary school graduation certificate and between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll, keeping financial ledgers, and reconciling accounts using tools like Simply Accounting and spreadsheets. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll and issue cheques accordingly

• Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records

• Create journal entries within the accounting system

• Prepare detailed financial and statistical reports

• Reconcile accounts to ensure financial integrity

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience required

• Knowledge of MS Office and accounting software

• Organized and reliable with great attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines
