Key Responsibilities:

• Post journal entries and adjustments for corporate records

• Conduct month-end closings and prepare reconciliations

• Assist in audits and compile working papers

• Analyze general ledger activities for inconsistencies

• Collaborate with stakeholders for budgeting processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• CPA candidate status or recent qualification

• 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiar with real estate accounting tools

• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
