Position: G&A ROBOT Full-Time Bookkeeper

In this key position, you will focus on maintaining accurate bookkeeping practices essential for G&A ROBOT’s financial operations. Your responsibilities include processing financial transactions, handling accounts payable and receivable, and executing account reconciliations. You will utilize tools like Quick Books and Sage, ensuring data integrity while supporting budgeting efforts and preparing financial statements for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bookkeeping and record maintenance

• Process transactions with accounting software tools

• Maintain timely accounts payable and receivable

• Conduct account and bank reconciliation checks

• Prepare financial statements for strategic reviews

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Proficiency in Quick Books, Sage, and Xero

• Strong accounting principles knowledge

• Excellent detail-oriented and organizational capabilities

• Mandarin or Cantonese communication skills preferred
