Position: Kiewit Construction Payroll Coordinator
Drive payroll and accounts payable excellence at Kiewit Construction in Burnaby, British Columbia. This full-time role requires precision in payroll processing, vendor payments, and compliance with regulations.

As a Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will work in Kiewit Construction’s Administration Department. Collaborate with Human Resources and Accounting to process payroll for employees while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Your role will impact projects across various locations, providing crucial support in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for craft and staff employees

• Review employee timecards and corrections

• Ensure accurate withholding of provincial and federal taxes

• Handle all garnishments and deductions

• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees

Requirements:

• College degree in Business Administration or Finance

• Minimum 3 years in a multi-location environment

• Strong accounting knowledge for reconciliations

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
