Beedie is looking for a Senior Project Accountant responsible for Ontario projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in construction accounting, financing requirements, and lender reporting. Strong analytical skills and experience with Yardi ERP and Procore will be critical for maintaining project trials and preparing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project costs and prepare financial reports

• Advise on project cost coding and reallocations

• Build financing proformas and manage document collections

• Prepare monthly bank draws and manage treasury functions

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in project accounting within construction

• Knowledge of GAAP, REALpac, and financial reporting

• University degree and relevant accounting designation

• Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
