Position: Full-Time Accounting Clerk

In this full-time permanent role, you will manage customer collections for 13 stores across Canada, ensuring invoice payments and resolving discrepancies effectively. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations within the finance department, requiring strong analytical and communication skills. Play a crucial part in supporting our financial mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

• Create invoices and ensure timely payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and payment discrepancies

• Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions

Requirements:

• 2+ years in accounts payable or receivable

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Experience with ERP software is an asset
