As part of our accounting team, you will handle daily vehicle sales, check compliance on car deal paperwork, and prepare essential month-end reports. Key Responsibilities:
• Post vehicle sales to the general ledger daily
• Review car deal paperwork for compliance
• Prepare month-end Cardesk packages
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and analyze data
• Assist with audit preparations and maintain records
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• CPA designation preferred
• Familiarity with CDK is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong time management skills for prioritizing tasks
