Position: Accounting Professional at EXP
Join EXP in Burnaby, BC as a Project Accountant and contribute to innovative financial solutions. This role emphasizes client billing, contract management, and project financial oversight.

In this position, you'll collaborate with Project Managers while managing budgets and billing for multiple projects. You'll be responsible for preparing final invoices, investigating billing variances, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place. Your ability to communicate effectively with the team will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate contract details and billing updates

• Prepare comprehensive invoices and supporting documents

• Research unbilled issues for billing optimization

• Maintain billing folders and documents

• Close out projects upon completion and analyze financials

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related field required

• Minimum 3-5 years in an accounting role

• CPA designation an asset

• Proficient in Deltek Vision and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
