In the role of Payroll and Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be integral to the financial operations of Kiewit’s projects. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will help manage payroll for both staff and craft employees while collaborating closely with HR and Accounting. This position supports multiple locations and requires a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll compliant with union agreements
• Review and verify invoices and expense reports
• Maintain vendor records for efficient payments
• Analyze payroll data for error correction
• Handle vacation/sick accruals and reporting
Requirements:
• College or University degree in related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of payroll and accountant procedures
• High attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
