In this position, you will manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate reporting and timely collections. You’ll record payments, address customer discrepancies, and prepare comprehensive financial reports. Your strong problem-solving skills will enhance the efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile aging reports to general ledger

• Record payments and manage account discrepancies

• Assist in customer account collections and communications

• Prepare detailed accounts receivable reports regularly

• Address customer inquiries efficiently via phone and email

Requirements:

• Strong focus on accuracy and financial integrity

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• BBA in Accounting or relevant diploma/certificate required

• Experience with E-commerce platforms beneficial

• Familiarity with ERP systems like Net Suite preferred
