The role encompasses critical accounting functions, including journal entries, month-end closes, and preparing management reports. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of relevant experience and have a passion for analytical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage journal entries and adjustments

• Involved in month-end and year-end close activities

• Conduct reconciliations for cash, intercompany, and key accounts

• Maintain the integrity of general ledgers

• Assist during annual audits and prepare financial statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA candidate or newly designated CPA preferred

• 2-4 years in accounting roles is required

• Experience in real estate or property accounting is beneficial

• Strong organizational and communication skills
