Reporting to the Controller, your key responsibilities will include verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, and processing payments. You will assist internal departments by providing essential financial data and resolving any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and document all invoices for accuracy

• Process payments and conduct account reconciliations

• Prepare various financial statements and reports

• Maintain effective inter-departmental communication

• Assist with vendor inquiries and problem resolution

Requirements:

• Relevant accounting experience or education required

• Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting

• Familiarity with Net Suite is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
