Position: Accounts Payable Specialist at DP World
Join DP World (Canada) Inc. as an Accounts Payable Specialist on a one-year contract. This role focuses on managing supplier payments, financial records, and process improvements.

You will handle the complete end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities include reconciling vendor accounts and supporting team initiatives for process enhancements. This contract position values your expertise in accounts payable tasks while contributing to financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and manage payments to vendors

• Reconcile vendor accounts and financial records

• Support vendor onboarding and inquiries management

• Prepare accounts payable reports and analyses

• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls

Requirements:

• Post-secondary accounting or finance training

• Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable

• Familiarity with Oracle and Maximo systems is an asset

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
