Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the full month-end close process

• Lead balance sheet and account reconciliations

• Review and approve all Accounts Payable activities

• Prepare for audit and ensure continuous audit readiness

• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of internal controls and reconciliations

• Experience in product-based or manufacturing environments

• Proficient with Xero, Expensify, and modern systems

• Proven track record of leading audit preparations
