In this key position, you will oversee the high volume processing of consignments for Canadian markets. The Disbursements Specialist will manage supplier information in Oracle and ensure compliance with policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system experience will be vital in achieving success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consignor files with essential contract reviews

• Generate seller settlement statements accurately

• Create accounting journal entries for seller statements

• Verify seller invoices with settlement statements

• Prepare sale reconciliation reports for review

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of office experience

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Highly organized with multi-tasking capabilities
