Support daily payroll operations as a Payroll Administrator with Gateway Casinos in a hybrid work format. This role guarantees the accurate management of payroll processes across the organization.
As a Payroll Administrator at Gateway Casinos, you will ensure the payroll cycle is streamlined and compliant with all regulatory frameworks. With over five years' experience in payroll administration, you'll be key in maintaining employee records, completing audits for payroll accuracy, and processing payroll inquiries. This position actively supports collaboration across departments within our entertainment group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for both union and non-union employees
• Maintain and update records in payroll management software
• Audit payroll entries for data integrity and regulatory compliance
• Address payroll inquiry issues efficiently
• Assist with year-end processes like T4 reconciliations
Requirements:
• Successful completion of Canadian Payroll Association PCP certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ payroll experience
• Experience with union payroll and related software
• Familiarity with attendance systems, ideally Dayforce
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving
