Dentist, one of Canada’s largest dental support organizations, as a Payroll Analyst. This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in payroll within a multi-entity environment. You will leverage your technical skills and attention to detail to support payroll processing, compliance, and collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day payroll operations across multiple entities

• Review and validate bi-weekly payroll to resolve discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with Canadian payroll legislation

• Act as an escalation point for complex payroll inquiries

• Maintain payroll records for audits and documentation

Requirements:

• 2+ years of payroll experience in a multi-entity setting

• PCP certification required; CPM is an asset

• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
