Cycle Accounting Manager

Bring full-cycle accounting and advanced Excel skills to a contract Accounting Manager position supporting accurate financial insights and business planning.

This hands-on Accounting Manager will oversee accounting operations within a growing organization. The work spans revenue recognition, project costing, payroll administration, and financial reporting. Strong business partnering will support leadership and project managers with timely operational decisions.

• Lead daily accounting activities across the organization
• Manage receivables, payables, revenue recognition, and project costing
• Coordinate period-end, year-end, and tax reporting activities
• Provide financial updates and analysis to leadership
• Improve finance procedures, controls, and reporting tools

• Proven hands-on full-cycle accounting management experience
• Understanding of revenue recognition and work-in-progress accounting
• Experience processing Canadian payroll in unionized environments
• Advanced Excel and Sage or comparable software knowledge
• Clear communication with finance and non-finance stakeholders
