This manager-level role serves as Liftoff’s technical accounting expert across revenue, stock-based compensation, leases, debt, and capitalized software. You will research positions, guide policy, implement new standards, and support financial reporting. The work involves complex transactions across Liftoff’s AI-powered mobile app marketing business.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and document technical accounting positions
- Own accounting policies and new standard implementation
- Prepare journal entry support for complex areas
- Prepare equity statements, cash flows, and footnotes
- Support audits with technical documentation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Six years of experience and a CPA
- Public accounting experience, ideally Big Four experience
- Expertise in US GAAP and complex accounting matters
- Strong analytical and communication skills
