We’re currently looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Delta, BC dealership on a part‑time seasonal basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organized behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
  • Support rental operations by assisting with cash report processing across multiple locations
  • Match wholesale payment breakdowns with receipts and bank transfers
  • Reconcile bank transfers from travel agencies and retail customers
  • Track outstanding payments and balances, investigating and communicating discrepancies as needed
  • Assist with monitoring balances on closed rental contracts
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
  • Secondary School Diploma (required)
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a finance‑ or operations‑support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
  • A positive, professional attitude with a commitment to integrity

Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
