Ideal Siding seeks a highly organized individual to become part of its administrative support team. You will provide wide-ranging administrative assistance, supporting HR, executive leadership, and departments with scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks. This position is perfect for someone who appreciates variety, takes ownership, and is eager to evolve in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update internal documentation and trackers
• Manage shared inboxes, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events
• Assist HR with job postings and candidate communications
• Support executive leadership with basic reporting and agendas
Requirements:
• 2-3 years as an Administrative or HR Assistant
• Experience with executive leadership communication
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
• Proactive attitude with ownership mindset
