Calor Gas Ltd. is looking for a proactive Administrator to support terminal operations, reporting directly to the Business Support Lead. This position demands strong organizational skills to manage stock, comply with safety standards, and facilitate project coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stock administration and inventory control tasks
• Keep SAP data updated and handle purchase orders
• Process invoices and assist in financial tasks
• Organize daily meetings and manage internal communications
• Serve as a First Responder during safety emergencies
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative functions is essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communicator with attention to detail
• Industry knowledge in Oil & Gas preferred
