AWMAC BC is looking for a proactive Office & Program Coordinator to enhance daily operations and manage event coordination. You will report to the Executive Director, overseeing member communications and administrative tasks while supporting improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates experienced in administration and coordination roles who thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support to the Executive Director
• Coordinate events, meetings, and programs effectively
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Improve internal workflows and administrative systems
• Assist with member communication and processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in administration or related field
• Experience in administrative roles required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
