Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia is looking for an Audit Coordinator in Burnaby until June 2027. Support registrant audits by managing schedules and communication effectively.
In this dynamic contract role, you will coordinate registrant audit programs and ensure that auditors and auditees are synchronized throughout the audit lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing documentation, creating reports, and overseeing milestone tracking to promote timely auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in delivering registration audit programs
• Maintain and track audit milestone documentation
• Support committee with onboarding and scheduling
• Draft materials for audit team meetings
• Maintain records in SharePoint and Outlook
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a coordination or administrative capacity
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in relevant office and tracking software
