Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential administrative support to USEC Offices
• Manage sensitive records and information efficiently
• Coordinate financial activities for multiple oversight functions
• Maintain an organized system of documentation
• Facilitate communication within the University Secretariat
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or Administrative Management
• Four years of directly related experience
• Strong knowledge of university policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
