As part of a dedicated team, you will perform administrative and technical duties to enhance the City’s facilities maintenance program. You'll be responsible for preparing facility condition assessments and assisting in budget development while also coordinating renovation projects. Your ability to apply sound judgment is essential in this impactful role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create preventive maintenance and repair strategies
• Prepare facility assessments and recommend actions
• Assist with capital budget planning estimates
• Oversee scheduling of renovation and replacement projects
• Track costs and progress on facility projects
Requirements:
• Diploma in building or architectural technology
• Solid understanding of facility maintenance methods
• Experience with VFA and SAP asset management software
• Ability to build effective working relationships
• Driver’s Licence for the Province of British Columbia
