Become an integral part of Malachite Management Inc. as an Events Coordinator. This role emphasizes administrative support for non-profit organizations, focusing on communications and event execution.

In the role of Association Events Coordinator, you will assist the Association Executive and client teams while managing all forms of communication. You'll coordinate marketing efforts via platforms like Hootsuite and ensure smooth execution of activities and events. A proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills are pivotal for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative assistance to the Association Executive

• Act as the main contact for board members and sponsors

• Create and manage communication strategies and content

• Oversee marketing campaigns on Linked In and Instagram

• Support event planning and management for meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• 1-3 years of administrative experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

• Knowledge of social media and CMS tools

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive demeanor
