Garibaldi seeks a versatile Executive Assistant to facilitate the work of the Manager, Strategic Alignment, and Director of Business Development. The successful candidate will excel at managing multiple tasks, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating executive events. This position demands discretion and a problem-solving approach in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble key materials for executive meetings and events
• Manage and organize executive communications and follow-ups
• Track action items and progress from meetings
• Schedule and coordinate logistics for executive gatherings
• Assist in executing major company events and initiatives
Requirements:
• 7+ years in an executive support role or similar background
• Experience coordinating events and managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
