Key Responsibilities:

• Act as main contact for members, sponsors, and speakers

• Provide administrative support to the Association Executive

• Create and manage association communications and content

• Execute marketing campaigns on social media platforms

• Support logistics for client meetings and events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years of administrative support experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites

• Familiarity with website management systems

• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive mindset
