Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage clearances and certifications for field staff
• Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch work orders effectively
• Monitor compliance in service documentation and reports
• Process accurate billing and manage office inventories
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in administrative/customer service
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable organization and multitasking capabilities
• Superior communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of electrical service operations
