Position: Clerk Role RCMP Detachment
Join the City of Burnaby as a Front Counter Clerk at the Main Detachment, where your excellent customer service and clerical skills will shine. This auxiliary role involves interaction with various agencies and requires precision in administrative duties.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with Grade 12 and related commercial training, ideally with prior RCMP experience. You'll operate PRIME and other necessary equipment while assisting with applications and information requests. The auxiliary nature means flexibility in shifts, requiring you to adapt to various operational needs while ensuring consistent service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to outside agencies

• Process forms and applications efficiently

• Utilize PRIME for documentation and reporting

• Keep accurate records and statistics

• Complete additional clerical tasks as required

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion with commercial courses

• Sound experience in an RCMP environment preferred

• Skilled in fast and accurate typing

• Capability to uphold Enhanced RCMP Security Clearance

• Willingness to work on-call shifts as necessary
