Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and transfer incoming calls to departments

• Assist on-site visitors with check-in procedures

• Deliver superior customer service to all individuals

• Provide support to the Mailroom as required

• Order and stock necessary office supplies

Requirements:

• 2 years of in-person customer service experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Computer proficiency and adaptability to new software

• Commitment to maintaining positivity in high-pressure environments

• Friendly and patient demeanor in all interactions
