Become the welcoming face of pH7 Technologies in South Burnaby, BC. As the Office Coordinator, you'll manage reception, administration, and shipping while ensuring a smooth office environment.
The Office Coordinator position is pivotal for maintaining operational efficiency in our plant. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll greet visitors, support office logistics, and handle shipping/receiving tasks. Strong administrative experience, verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and facilitate safety orientations
• Manage external service providers and contractors
• Oversee office kitchen cleanliness and supplies
• Log deliveries in internal ERP system
• Coordinate shipping of materials and samples
Requirements:
• Relevant administrative experience required
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Personable and organized approach to tasks
• Technical training in administration is a plus
